The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW. Caller spoke w/county highway superintendent's office about getting Wapehani Lane paved or chipped/sealed. It was chipped & sealed by the county 1-2 years ago. Caller was told that the City is responsible for this raod by someone at the county highway superintendent's office. Dust from road is bothering caller's parents, the Johnson family, and killing vegetation.
