hi, there is condo building located @ 14th and North Dunn St that a couple months ago had a white picket fence erected along the sidewalk/curb. There is also benches and chairs. If the company that owns this has that right I understand. I own a house I rent out in the area as well and it runs along the street in a similar fashion. I might want to add a fence along the sidewalk or street for a little hang out/party area as well in the future if that is allowed.

trash from dumpsters at apartments on corner of 3rd and Atwater (in alley between Grant & Atwater)there isn't a lid on the dumpster and trash goes every where, it's always in my back parking lot.

Who would I contact about working with the Movies in the Park program for 2016? I am an archivist at the Black Film Center/Archive at IU and our staff is interested in learning more about how we could become involved with the city to program a film featuring African American artists.
