Indiana WRM931 parked by 719 n Washington. Hasn't moved in about a month.

Traveling south on N Indiana Ave from E 13th St, the speed limit sign says 30 MPH.Traveling north on N Indiana Ave from E 10th St, the speed limit sign says 25 MPH. Are they both right (30 MPH southbound & 25 MPH northbound) or is one of them wrong? I didn't think you could have two different speeds on the same section of road.

Street light in Hyde Park on East Winston at Trotters Run. Light is most off but sometimes flickers on and off and sometimes it is fully on (rare) I understand that this is a Duke maintained light. I am also reporting at the Duke website
