Martin/Faxed 1/25/2001 Missed pick-up/trash: Thurs Piu. Rec'd a notice for "no sticker" but he definitely put one around trash can handle last night. He will put another sticker on the can - but can we come back & piu? He has had some prankster kids in the area lately.By the way I do believe this one! Can ya pick this one up today? Ms. Harris called our office on 1/26 complaining that her children were almost hit by a bus (bus #4, driver Glenn). She also complained that she was called the "n" word (which is a derogatory statement for an African American) by the bus driver), after she wanted to get off and he wouldn't open the doors for her and her children to get off the bus. She had stated that she was "very upset" by the service and names she was called by this bus driver.

Other- Resident upset since trash can was broken by crews. The can is cracked along the entire side and a hole is in it now too. This happened once before and the crews gave her a used can to replace her own, but this time she wants a new one. She is very mad.
