Man called who lives at 613 E 12th St, says he walks in neighborhood and several undergrad homes along 11th near Park Ave extending to 12th St (near corner of Park & 11th) have trash on porch and in rear of home often, saw 2 giant rats last night, very concerned!!!

Neighbor called and said he's called months ago and no change; there is cluttered trash throughout property, yes it is occupied, i.e strollers, toys, hay..etc.

Recycling not set out correctly, now scattering. Also, they keep their trash container by the front door.

E-mail: There is an unbelievable amount of trash stacked around the house and I worry that come warmer weather, this is going to create, not only a horrible smell, but a refuge for rodents. I'm not sure what you all can do about it but I know that they have been talked to in the past. Former complaint entered 6/17/09 - Ticket #64058
Trash on back deck 5ft. high, also in shed. Dog pen does not get cleaned out. Caller says we may come onto to her property (2525 E. 8th)to look.
