There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? The accidents at Smith and Morningside need to stop. Another just happened. PLEASE put solar flashers on the Smith stop signs or even cross flags to get folks to actually stop there appropriately. Dangerous for cars. Deadly for bikers.

Please have police take a day to enforce 3rd and college at 515pm people west from 3rd turning left to go south on college constantly knowingly blocking the intersection knowing they won't make it through with the back up on college. Just clogs everything even more.
