My little sister and i got to walk in a high speed street because yet again people are parking on the sidewalk.

Not sure if this has been addressed, but around 11am today, the southbound light on Hershey at Empire simply would not turn green (but the left turn arrow seemed to work. This went on for 4 cycles before I turned off onto Empire instead of waiting.

The safety rail overlooking the water on the north side of Miller Showers is missing on a few feet of the railings. It's the north side by the 2 concrete face statues. This is a safety hazard and a child or dog could easily fall through.

For last three weeks, a lot of trash & glass has been thrown in rain channel running along sidewalk in fron of the house on corner of N Dunn & 20th, blue siding. We are just down from it & with rain coming some is going to be washed down, not sure about all the glass. Tried to inform rental agency, no reply.

The north side of Winslow road at High St, after the second roundabout heading west from State Raod 446, has numerous missing pieces of sidewalk. It is a clear danger to drivers of Winslow Road and the many walkers, joggers and cylist.
