This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.

Grass is really tall and no one is living there and owner really neglects the yard. Can you please have them mow the lawn. Thank you.

This house is abandoned and not secured for several years now. There is no back door and windows are broken out. Graffiti has been spray painted inside the house. No one is maintaining the building even though someone is paying for lawn service now. It has been frequented by teenagers and homeless people. There are probably animals living inside, since there is nothing preventing them from going in.

Recycling was picked up but the bin is also gone. Needs a replacement. Wanted to know if he could have a larger recycle bin, but if it's more money then just give him a normal sized one.
