Multiple potholes in this stretch of Lincoln, ranging from the size of a tea plate to a dinner plate. Bikers in the bike lane have to enter the car lane to avoid them. The road is also covered in gravel and debris from construction on a nearby apartment.
There is a giant pothole next to our driveway, so every time we pull our car out it gets stuck in it. We are worried that our cars will get damaged or someone will fall and injure themselves.

Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. She said she has not notified management because in the past they have not responded. She would like a compliance officer to look at all the dumpsters, especially near garage 1. Sidewalk has not been cleared of snow and is icy and hazardous.
Garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up my yard and the median area. I have tried placing my bins at different locations to prevent this with no success. My address is 500 South Arbutus Drive. This photo shows my driveway.
Heavy rain, poor repair by Vectren to streets after their gas line upgrades, and poor driving by garbage trucks and other drivers have resulted in the pictured conditions on my street.
The city's garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus because they are too large to turn around in the cul-de-sac. I have reported this issue several times. I can arrange with the other residents of our street to put all of our garbage and recycling bins on either the east or west side of the street (whichever is preferred by the truck drivers) to make this easier so that they can back in or back out of the street rather than trying to turn around. Please let me know if you would like for us to do this.
The South Arbutus Drive cul-de-sac needs repaving. The pavement is eroding away in several places, the north side of the green space in the middle of the cul-de-sac has become a pothole, and previous repairs/upgrades to water and gas lines have left the street in bad shape.
