Dear Inspector(s),
I am the property owner of 135 N. Clark St., 47408, Joel J. Barker (son of Mary Jo and Jim Barker). My tenant has brought to my attention that the residents of 134 N Roosevelt St., 47408 are placing their junk/garbage (broken lawn furniture, trash bags, etc.) in the back of their property out of sight from the street. I would like to give you, the inspector permission to come onto our property at 135 N. Clark St., 47408 and take care of this violation.
While the violation continues you, the inspector have my permission to come onto the property until the trash is removed. Please do give me notice when a visitation is scheduled so I may inform my tenant. Thank you for your time and service in resolving this matter.

Blocked Sidewalk

Pretty significant hazard. The "Reverse angle only" parking sign has finally succumbed to the blow from a bad parker and is now lying across the sidewalk. It's still firmly enough attached to the base that it's not possible to pick it up and move it parallel to the curb. The other similar signs on the same block are also showing signs of fatigue

I just tried to file an incident report online, but don't think it went through. I kept getting rerouted to a page that was not relevant. For credit card fraud, two instances, about $200 total. Should I call instead?
