Mounds of trash bags up against the fence for months and infested with rodents and bugs

When exiting or entering Woodyard from my home in a vehicle, I must cross the walking trail. There is no signage to designate right of way or caution to either drivers or walkers/bikers. I feel this is an unsafe situation for both driver and pedestrian and right of way should be clearly designated. Other private driveways on the trail have signs that indicate cross traffic does not stop. I would suggest the same signage here.

The neighbors dog is consistently outside unattended and is aggressive towards the occupants at 5008 Harvest Ct. There have been several close calls with the dog attempting to bite. To establish a record I am asking for assistance. The latest incident was today (9/6/2023) at approximately 8:26. The driver, Jordy Wittmer, provided a video to me of which the attached picture was taken. I am the owner of the home at 5008 and Mr. Wittmer is one of my tenets. Extremely Low water pressure

Traffic has increased dramatically. The speed limit needs to be enforced! Today my dog was hit. Everyday it's another close call. I own both side of road, sometimes cattle an livestock are out on the road. Maybe a farm sign could be erected, or speed limit lowered, but something needs to change.

Large pothole on the south end of the cul-de-sac. Currently shallow, but I'm worried it's going to get deep enough to do damage. Not sure whether we're in city limits. If not, please let me know who to contact. Thanks, Robert
