3 ft high grass obscuring business signs beside road
Citizen stated that there is a vacant lot on the south side of the street near the dead end of Chambers Drive that has not been mowed in several weeks.
o/w. Did courtesy pick up.
crushed stone path parallel and between Park and Stull has overgrown limbs and trees that hanging down and damage cars
overweight and late set out. tried to do courtesy pick up, will have to break down before can be picked up

Lots of rats in the neighborhood; trash piled in the back of 709 S. Anita, and 706 S. Rose Ave. Some neighbors also have compost piles which might also be attracting the rats.
stated we missed trash, was actually written up for 69 & 77 lbs overweight. Courtesy pick up w/ notice left for O.W. status.
