100 lbs--spoke with resident, doing courtesy pick up. is weighed down w/ cat litter. is breaking down to less than 40lbs. still over 40lbs, each was tagged though. no more courtesy pick ups.

set out a dozen or so bags with only 1 and a half stickers. crew took part (three bags) and left the rest. resident says he is leaving it out there until we pick it up. we are not picking it up w/o stickers this time. have done 3 courtesy pick ups. was turned over to HAND 8/17 for no stickers as well. thanks.

neighbor phoned in about this address. apparently there is trash all about house, area of house. neighbor has asked this resident to please clean up. they haven't, so they phoned me. thanks.
