The copy should read - Centerstone is a community-based behavioral healthcare provider. Persons with serious mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders are often homeless or at-risk. Centerstone serves people who are homeless and who struggle with behavioral health issues. Services are available in 17 Indiana counties and surrounding areas. Centerstone has an extensive supportive housing continuum for adults with serious mental illness who are receiving clinical services from our clinics. Both transitional and permanent housing are available with varying levels of accompanying supportive services. Centerstone has over 316 residential beds in 27 facilities. Forty-six of these beds are reserved for clients meeting the HUD definition of homelessness.
