CUT NEEDS REPAIRED
Objects to spending $250,000 on farmers market shelter when it will be used by people from out of the county. His taxes have gone up the last two years and he is on a fixed income. As a taxpayer, he is disappointed with this "runaway" taxation.
Farmers Market was fine for years. Ms. Jackson against spending large amount of money for new shelter--was waste of taxpayers' money. She is taxed to death and yet the City won't pick up her leaves. This is simply mismanagement.
PIPE TOO HIGH
Mr. Shields wrote a letter to Councilmember Banach asking the City to "rethink the location" of the "oversized maintenance building" in the Cascades Park/Golf Course area near Rosewood Drive.
