A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. Junk car disabled on Habitat Street. Hoarding of metal and useless junk, clothing strewn about along with open storage containers and items not for out door use between houses. How can the city let this kind of pollution go on for years ? So disgusting and disrespectful. John Hamilton should be ashamed for not doing something about the weak codes concerning this issue which is all too common in this town.The mayor himself said he would “look” into it years ago. There has been no change.
