He has Starz/Encore/HBO that he pays around $53.00 for. As part of this he receives channels 14 & 34. Channel 34 is not very clear. Upon calling Insight they informed him that these 2 channels would be switching to 78 & 77 and he would need to have a pay box to get the channels. The pay box is an additional $4.00 extra a month. When they arrived, the lessons had been cancelled. Also, children were given "verbal" notice of a makeup practice. Would appreciate a written note.

The janitor @ Broadview Elementary School called to say one of the children from the KC Outdoor camp had been left @ in the restroom at the school. The parent called about 20 minutes later to see what was going to be done about the situation.

Re: Kid City Outdoor Camp - Broadview. Andre's son, Derek Goodman, was enrolled in the camp 1st session. He really enjoyed it and wanted to continue, however, the session was full. Mrs. Erwin was very pleased with the staff and the program. She said she & Derek were greeted each day and the staff took time to talk with them.

Commendation: Mrs. Coller called to commend Kid City and specifically a counselor, Doug McCreary, for his excellent work with her children Sara and Jonathan. She reported observing Doug when he didn't realize she was watching and he demonstrated attentiveness toward her children and had done an excellent job helping them adapt to a camp setting.
