There are several bags of trash that have been left out since Monday. The resident was left a notice that trash needs to be stickered. The bags have now been torn open by animals and trash is over the street and yards.

House was a rental (unregistered) and tenant moved because owner would not make any repairs. Trash on porch; grass/weeds not cut. Mr. Smith said that the owner, Jay Denny, lives in Colorado.
The M.C. Health Department transfered a complaint to HAND that they received from Mr. Joluff. Mr. Joluff stated that there has been trash sitting outside of lots 32 and 33 for over a year.
This house has junk piled up in the carport. Mr.Johnson says that there is always some type of junk piled in there and around the house itself.

The neighbor says that the tenants here have left garbage cans full of trash in the driveway for several weeks now. The neighbor says that this morning they did take one can to the curb to be picked up but the rest are still there in the driveway.
