Sidewalk on west side of Rogers Street just south of 11th Street. At driveway for construction staging area for? Garage projects? Sidewalks still covered in sand. Sidewalk still hard to walk on. My kid fell on this sidewalk on Wednesday. Adam wason said the problem would be remedied at 8:00 this morning but the photo is 3:21p Friday nov 13
