Low hanging branches and overgrowth from City street trees is causing issues with school bus drivers (they've told me that they cannot see children at their stops here or on-coming vehicle traffic due to this overgrowth). Please trim trees and remove overgrowth in this area to improve visibility. Location: area just north of the intersection of Odell Drive and E. Burks Drive.
Hello. Is the traffic signal on 3rd, just east of the IN-37/I-69 ramps, still awaiting final synchronization as the I-69 construction project wraps up? I find myself sitting on 3rd waiting for that light all the time, when there is no cross traffic at all coming from Franklin or Wynnedale. Also the left turn lights on 3rd will often cycle even when there are no cars waiting to turn. Assuming that at least some of these signal cycles are triggered by sensors, I'm guessing the sensors, and/or the cycle times, need some work.
Mary Catherine Carmichael mentions the need to protect "Bloomington's brand" when referring to the long process to develop the Culver's restaurant. If the "Bloomington brand" is so important, how is it being protected with over 500 of those electric scooters trashing the community at nearly every corner? Get rid of those things now, before some idiot gets killed.
Tenant recycles for a living, but he stores stuff all over his front and side yards. He also relocates bicycles and scooters. It detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood.

The alleys between Madison and Rogers/Kirkwood and 6th Street are torn up again. Graffiti on the building for Car Quest which is seen from this alley already and they just painted it. Thank you!
yard waste pile in alley running north/south from E. Dixie to E. Allen
