Apparently the bank has taken possession of the property and house at 305 W Coolidge Dr. The tenant moved out weeks ago, and the property has not been mowed since. I do not know who the current owner is, and maybe they do not know the property is in need of maintenance, but it is in need of mowing at the least.
The branches in front of 1512 E. Hillside are hanging over the sidewalk making it difficult to walk on.

Tis was from Monday, we sent a man out to get. Yard Waste was still out.
Resident said we missed at least 3 people in this block. I told him to leave out. Sent man out and recycle was not out.
Resident said we missed her trash, sent a man out, and he picked up rtrash. She called back later to say thank you for the special pick up.
Resident called in Monday and we sent a man out Tuesday, trash was there.
Resident said we took trash out of container sat bag down. and it was not tagged so we did not take it.
