The advertisement for Beach Juice alcoholic drinks has been spray painted on the sidewalks at each corner of the block surrounding Big Red Liquors. The images are at the following corners: 9th and walnut 9th and college 8th and college 8th and walnut (back from the intersection at the NE corner of the ocean building) I thought it might have just been spray chalk and would disappear with a rain or two but I have verified it really is black paint and water has no effect on it so it will likely need to be pressure washed off. Thanks!

There seems to be a water leak at the sorority that is located on the corner of Woodlawn and 3rd streets. There is water constantly on the woodlawn sidewalk just below the water meter.

In the utility room of the home where the water heater, furnace, washer, and dryer is kept there is mold covering the walls aprox 40% of the room. As i, Cameron Riddle have asthma it has began to affect my breathing and im having to use my rescue inhaler more frequently. I have made multiple reports to the landlord Jeff Jones abouts via phone call and he has never made it a priority to come take care of it. I would like for someone to come and inspect this due to it being a direct health hazard to myself and to my family. Thank you

Follow-up on case #205921 Response: Caden Swanson commented on this case. CBU Eng investigated this on 9/26/2025 and found this to be from the storm system originating from the sloped area near the pool.  No action needed. Question: In the photo with thise new case # (the left half of the photo i sent with the original case) there is a access ("manhole") cover much closer to the central path. Is that a cover opening to a storm drain that somehow connects ground water with the white PCP pipe draining in to the Creek? Thanks in advance. Caden Swanson commented on this case. There is a watering station for humans and dogs located on the Clear Creek Trail, 1/6th of a mile south of the Gordon Pike overpass. The button for the dog watering part of the station is sticking, resulting in the water continually running. This was observed Thursday, September 11 at 8:40 a.m.

The cover for the water meter is very loose on the sidewalk. It presents a hazard for people walking and for strollers and wheelchairs.
