These residents at 3323 cedarwiod circle have blocked sidewalk for years probably. They seem to be from Fishers either don’t know or care about ordinance. Crossed with my dog today avoided an oncoming car

These pompous neighbors have blocked sidewalk where I avoided car for years. This area is full of blocked sidewalks, pesticides and yard signs in right of way and illegal fencing in easements im tired of it. Neighborhood should never have been built this way. If I have diarrhea and need to cut thru steeplechase to get to toilet at Oaklawn park and I get yelled at I’ll sue for improper easements no sidewalks or alleys East -West in city limits
