Subscriber says he inadvertently missed paying his December bill by a few days and was charged a late fee of $3.50 on an $11.26 bill (the bill was low due to a TCI overbilling error the previous month). Understands he missed the due date but thinks it is ridiculous and unfair that he should be charged so high a fee on so small a bill. TCI took care of the billing misunderstanding.
