According to the city code, the alleyway is maintained by the city. It is public and not private. This particular section has a problem with stormwater that pools and creates a large puddle for the tenants and service vehicles.
Street light number 10 out
The easement behind our homes is blocked. We are requesting that access be cleared so that homeowners have clear access at all times. Most of the homes on Rogers and Milton would like to park and access their properties from the Access.
Are there any plans to convert the narrow sidewalk on the south side of E 2nd Street between High Street and College Mall Road to a multimodal path? It would be a great option to encourage safe routes to Binford/Rogers with options for pedestrians and bicycles

The garbage cans are still here and the recycling bin is still filled with rotting trash. It smells like something has died. The sign at the corner that has the names of the streets is leaning toward the east, as if it has been hit by a car or something.
Thank you for the new paving on 11th Street. It looks great! When the street markings are painted, can we please get the marked crosswalk across 11th Street on the southeast side of the railroad bridge that we've been asking for? Looking forward to it!
