Recycable items not properly sorted. Courtesy Pick up.939 resident called in said she had been written up before for not properly sorting and today's write up was for recycle being to far from curb. Shelby went out and said it looked like still not sorted properly and was away from curb and there was lots of it, but he had 939 go back and get. This is a one time only courtesy pick up per Shelby.

Recycling exceeds weight limit of 40 pounds. Courtesy Pick up. resident called in was mad said crew said her trash weighed 100lbs, she said we had missed her the last 3 weeks. She said crew was cussing her, I gave to Shelby and he talked to the Crew they said it was the other way around shelby sent dean and courter.

There was a message left today on our voice mail by a neighbor of this address, they left no call back number, said recycle had been missed at least 2 times and it is stacking up. I talked with one of the guys whose route this is and they have quit writing them up it is bad. There is also trash stacked there.
