I have already cut the tree into manageable pieces and placed the debris by the side of the road in front of my yard, ready for pickup. CRANDALLS OWN 1455-1461 W. ALLEN. THE PROPERTY W/THE PROBLEM IS NORTH OF THEM. IT IS A 4-PLEX, WHITE W/BLACK BRICK, AND FACES SOUTH. THE OWNER'S NAME IS JONES. THE CONDOS HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS HOWEVER NO GRASS HAS BEEN PLANTED AND THE YARD IS FULL OF WEEDS. THERE ARE LIMBS FROM THE STORM AND PALLETS LEFT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION ARE IN CRANDALL'S BACKYARD. THEY ALSO THINK THE UNIT W/SHEETS AT THE WINDOWS MIGHT BE OVER OCCUPIED.
