The old Bloomington bagel co building has a construction site that has been blocking the sidewalk for weeks...i beams, concrete trucks, saw horses in front of the entrance of 420. Not even trying to keep it open.

It IS IMPOSSIBLE to see oncoming traffic if I stop before the crosswalk on 9th and College. This is because the "German American Bank" building was built right up against the sidewalk (who allowed such an idiotic design???) Perhaps one of those big convex mirrors could be installed on the NE corner of Smallwood so that drivers could see what they are about to enter. Or at least move the marking on the street where cars are supposed to stop.
