My next door neighbor has set up a unhoused encampment next door. They have unleashed dogs we can climb under the fence and there is no access to water, trash disposal, or bathroom facilities. No discussion was had with me prior to the encampment moving in and it is preventing me or my dog being able to use our backyard.

The pedestrian crossing signal button to walk from East to West across S Walnut St does not work. The one on the south East corner. I've tested it a few times in the late afternoon and waited through several full traffic light cycles. The pedestrian crossing buttons on the other corners and directions do work.
There is a dead squirrel in plain sight on the sidewalk beneath the sign that says "Private Property No Trespassing", on the right side of the driveway for 1501 S. Walnut. Please remove it. Thank you.
I received a parking ticket when I visited the city stating I was parked in a "resident parking only" zone. I had to search the area to find the sign indicating this restriction, as it was totally obscured by tree branches/leaves, and I was not parked directly under the sign. Not sure how out of town visitors are supposed to follow the parking restrictions when they are not posted in observable manner. I believe this ticket should be forgiven, as no one who parked there would have seen the sign. The curve from Hopewell to 7th is dangerous enough but now the homeowner at the corner has a permanently parked old van sitting next to the house and street. It is almost impossible to see around the van to get around that curve. Kids play on the street while cars fly up and down 7th st. I'm just afraid someone is going to get run over. I'm sure they are not supposed to have broken down vehicles parked in their yards. Thank you for your time
The transition from Hillside onto South Olive street is rather rough, as there is a bump up as you make the turn. On a bike this is unexpected, and a bit rough at best. Given that this is a signed bike route, could this transition be leveled out?
