A rental at the corner of Mitchell and 2nd St has many bags of open garbage that are smelling up the neighborhood. Sanitation probably didn't pick it up because of the amount of garbage. Who is supposed to contact the realtor or renters? The situation is horrible.

The streetlights are broken or out between Jordan Avenue and High street

About 2-3 times a week the street lights are out from South Highland Ave and Atwater to South Mitchell Street and Atwater, and South Mitchell and Atwater to 3rd Street. I don't know why this happens, but it's dangerous to cross Atwater when the lights are out. Also, pedestrians may be more susceptible to attacks or robberies late at night. I am not sure if these lights are maintained by the city or not. I assume they are.

Major construction debris is littering Dunn by the large construction crews entering and exiting the site across from the Football stadium. Completely hazardous to any 2 wheel vehicle, let alone potentially damaging to cars by flipping up rocks
