On the wall that runs along South Oakdale Drive (around the 1502 - 1508 block), that sits beneath Bloomfield Road/2nd Street, there are three areas of graffiti. They have been there for awhile and I am attempting to find out who is responsible for this. INDOT is saying that it is the City of Bloomington.
Complaint came from a resident that says the LL refuses to do snow removal in the parking lot, sidewalks and piles of snow in from of tenants garages.
I live at 1502 W 12th Street and there is a silver Pontiac Grand Prix out front that belongs to the people who lived at my address before me, I was told I needed to contact the city to have it removed, it appears to have been abandoned. It's taking up too much space and my wife's and my own family don't have anywhere to park when they come visit. Thank you.

These neighbors have trash in all over their yard. They have a unlicensed car parked on the street. It has been there for at least two years. Several neighbors have complained about this. He just wants it cleaned up.
