RE: 3rd St Park. Construction crew used one of the benches from 3rd St Park and it is now sitting in mud and water on the SE corner of Municipal Building. Caller wants the bench cleaned up and back at 3rd St rather than rotting away.

dog "droppings" at Bryan Park. Walking with daughter, she got it all over her. Must watch every step you take. Problem has occurred last 2 weekends. Problem shouldn't be occuring in a park! Not happy!
A gentleman called to complain that Charlie Brown is telling people that he is still an officer w/ the BPD, and he carries a gun. In paticular, he works as security guard at all Kroger locations, and over exerts himself in this capacity by harassing young kids at these stores. The gentleman feels that he has been harassed also at the 2nd St. Kroger location while w/ friends. He knows Charlie from when he was a security guard at Crestmont.
P - non-collected plastics, G - non-collected glass, B - cardboard not broken down flat, S - items not properly sorted. NOTE: Sanitation crew did leave note on notice about how to separate, also noted "no six pack containers".
