Ms. Alais has contacted Pier 1 in the past to pick up their trash, which they did go around the buildings and pick up trash. She has called them twice this time, but no one has picked up the trash.

APARTMENTS DO NOT PICK UP RECYCLING: Citizen said tht he receives recycling services but not trash. They are tow 8 unit buildings. They should not be gettng any sanitation services. Please instruct you crews to not pick up recycling. I'll send a letter to owners.
