Ms. Burbage called and stated that at 10th & Smith there was sewer work being done. She also stated that no work has been done for quite a while, but the ditch remains open with no fence, barricades, etc. Ms. Burbage is concerned about the possibility of injury or wrecks.

The dumpsters at the Day Care at the above address are overflowing with diapers and miscellaneous trash. The dumpster is not enclosed. Roberts wanted to know if by code they are not required to enclose the dumpster area. The dumpster is emptied 2 times a week, but in between these times the trash is overflowing, normally dirty diapers, which is a nuisance. RE: Lower Cascades South: Concerned that Cascades Park looks "seedy", not being well taken care of right now. Fountain looks "busted up" and trash everywhere. Also went by Karst Farm Park and saw people raking and cleaning up. Chose to rent the shelter there instead. Wanted us to follow up on this.
