Mr. Swinson does not think he should be responsible for former tenant's account since he was not notified in a timely fashion.

Raw sewage coming out from under this trailer and it smells really bad. Has talked to the older gentlemen who lives here but he is sick..may not own this trailer and it is not a registered rental. Can hear the sewage coming out whenever toilet is flushed etc.
