Why do ureport complaints sometimes disappear? For example, 178022 and 178023 were put in yesterday but they are now unviewable. How can the public know what their statuses are? It cannot be due to content of the reports because a simple search in ureport for "occupancy" yields other reports, albeit the most recent is 7 years old now.
Trash piled up on south side of building along alley where wild animals can dig through it.
This brand new curb now retains rainwater. Any plans to fix this?
Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. Multiple street lights are going out/flashing in the location provided. Rogers St between the BLine trail and 8th St has two bad lights. The first is close to the Cook building and the other is closer to the BLine Trail. The BLine Trail has one light that is directly back from the bad light by the Cook building which is by the back end of their parking lot by the trail. 8th and Rogers has a light out on the North West side of the intersection. 8th Street by the BLine trail, alongside the side of the cook building also has a light that is bad. Also, the new parking garage has a light in the top of the stairwell that flashes very brightly and if you are walking along the BLine trail as it passes over 8th Street it startles you and somewhat blinds your sight and I feel this is somewhat unsafe for pedestrians along the trail.
Why has case# 177801 been closed? It has not been resolved. A metal rack for a street sign has been sitting out front of 425 N. Dunn for MONTHS accompanied by sandbags. Also, while you are picking that one up, there is another, LARGER sign and rack that is lying in the shrubs on the property of Plantation North, right across from 418 N. Grant. I believe I have foundation issues that are damaging my apartment (that the maintenance people simply patched over without my knowledge, entering my apartment without my knowledge), a faulty heater, and mold in my vents and possibly air ducts that the BHA has all overlooked over the past year I’ve lived here. The mold has made me sick, i have to restart the heater in the middle of the night in the fall and winter when I wake up and realize it’s 50 degrees in my apartment, and the walls are celebrating from the 2nd story ceiling, the ground floor tiling, and the top of the staircase is starting to warp. I am disabled and have a toddler and they haven’t taken me seriously over here issues. I don’t feel safe in my own home and I have nowhere else to go. Tenant called to say no action has been taken. Additional issues include foundation problems, heater not working properly and extensive mold issues. Complaint inspect. sch. 11/15/21 (MON) @ 1:30 w/JH. Mgmt. notified.
The south-bound lane going over the Rail Road tracks on N Adams has a giant pothole.
The resident at the corner of Morningside Drive and Park Lane is running a scooter business in his front yard and on the street. He also has a great deal of trash in his driveway, on the lawn, and along both sides of the house. The scooter business involves going around town, picking up scooters, and recharging their batteries. He has two trailers and at least one is always parked on the street. The trailer and the towing pickup typically jut out into the traffic lanes and create a hazard on an alreaddy overcrowded street. I request that the city take action regarding these complaints. Park Lane is a relatively heavy travelled road because it has no speed bumps. Adding these trailers into the mix is going to cause accidents....
