Can the City please do something to encourage Kroger to use or sell the eastside Marsh. A corporation buying a building and keeping it empty intentionally to dissuade competition is not cool. Please forward to Mayor's office so he knows residents do not want a large building sitting empty unfairly. Thank you. Other Cities have found solutions to such behaviors.

The vehicle barriers where the B Line spur crosses Madison (around 2603 S Madison) are down on bith sides. One is actually broken and has been since February. The broken barrier was first reported in Feb 2018.

there is a pothole in the alley between 714 and 718 W Kirkwood Avenue. People are now driving in my yard at 718 to avoid. I would appreciate if this can be fixed to minimize damage to my yard. Thank you!
