There has been a refrigerator & a washer or dryer sitting in front of garage since this summer. Complaintant concerned about refrigerator being unsafe to children.

Property adjacent to 409 N. Sping St. has trash everywhere- yard, driveway etc. Residents are not setting trash out for pick-up, just throwing it outside. "Can't miss it" PLEASE NOTE CORRECT ADDRESS. 02-04-97 Ms. Dant called to report correct address of problem is 1702 W. 8th St. She also stated that the problem has gotten a lot worse.
