lots adjacent and across the street from Fairview Apartments have excessive growth of weeds, 615 W 15th Street is our apartment complex. Weeds are excessive on the north and south side of properties adjacent to Fairview Apartments.

Water is actively percolating into the intersction, coming from pavement and along 15th Street in front of Fairview Apartments (615 W 15th Street), draining into sewer drains on either side of 15th Street, water also present along 15th Street to the east of this intersection, puddling. The renters in this house leave their trash cans at the curb 24/7. Last year she and others bought trash stickers so the City would take the trash. Potential rat problem. Would like to keep their neighborhood clean. Please monitor this situation.
