Ms Cervone stated that the roof leaks and is coming down in her daugthers bedroom and other parts of the house, electrical wiring is not safe, sewer backs up, garage door has fallen down, which she has had to secure, receptacles not working in her bedroom. Grass is waist high; dog tied up (approx. 5' chain) on the porch; small boy (approx. 3yrs. old) goes out and plays in the yard.....dog feces, snakes, insects,etc....
fire hydrants have grown over with shrubs, and barely visable.
The tenant phoned to file a complaint that his grass needs to be mowed. The landlord is responsible for mowing the grass and it is at least a foot high on the side and back of the property.

The grass in the backyard is waist high in some spots. Caller described it as a "jungle".
