Third time resident has been written up since 9/13. On 9/13 resident was written up for failure to properly sort recycling. Since that time, resident has been written up for no tags on bags/cans. Crew that went out today noted no stickers, that the amount of trash had greatly increased and that animals were now getting in to this trash and spreading it around. 956

Other/Yard waste: She has approx. 5 bags out. They are in city leaf bags - did not realize had to still put green stickers on bags. She will put the stickers in the bags because they are wet. Could someone please pick up?

Resident called in complaining that her trash wasn't taken but the stickers were. SW spoke with resident and advised that trash was not taken because it was severely overweight. SW offered one courtesy pickup for resident but would not do it again. DF picked trash up stating that the can was almost full with water in addition to the trash and had to be drained of water prior to being moved.
