The neighbor is installing drains in his backyard. These drains are directed to Mr. Buck's yard. The trench goes up to his property line. He would like to know what the City can do, if anything?

The sidewalk is hard to use due to plant overgrowth and children attending Binford and Rogers have to walk or ride bikes on the uneven grass in order to get to/from school.

All street lights along E. 2nd Street between S.High St. and S.College Mall Rd. have been out since July 4, 2020 (seven days) making it extremely dangerous for pedestrians and drivers.
