He wants them to move the homes back to meet 60' from C/L setback requirement. The homes block vision of J D Byrider site for traffic coming from east. I recommend: check plat map for ROW & measure home location from there. If in ROW can make them move back. I think they're grandfathered from setback req., they were there prior to '73.

The sidewalk at the corner of Rock Creek Drive & Childs Court is overgrown. The sidewalk is on the east of the intersection and runs parallel to Rock Creek. The address of 2403 S. Childs was used for reqpro.
