Storage express has a large banner (larger than allowed with a permit) displayed onsite.

The crosswalk signals at Patterson and West 3rd are not functioning. It would be much appreciated if you resolve this issue quickly. The current situation is especially dangerous because it is next to a high school. My daughter has to cross 3rd street regularly, and without a walk/don't walk light the heavy traffic makes this perilous. Please help.
