There is a bunch of trash in the backyard. It has been there for quite some time. There are no tags on it.

The citizens who lived at 821 W. Ralston Dr. moved and left trash by the mail box with out tags. They also have not mowed the yard. The caller also stated that there are weeds growing out of the guttering.
