I am in apartment 13 at Bart Villa with the address being 2307 E 2nd St, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA. According to GIS, this lot is owned by Barbara Witte, 1604 Oakdale Drive, who owes the city for weed removal and demolition services. The citizen who called in stated that the lot looks terrible and needs to be mowed.
