There is excessive at this house and the two houses next to it. The excessive growth is going into the road and causing a traffic hazard. He said that he has reported this to HAND before, but never received a response.

A blue PT cruiser has been parked in the street in front of my house since at least Tuesday 4/15. My neighbors report that it was first parked there Sunday 4/13. We were out of town, came back and saw this car parked here 4/15. We have not seen anyone coming or going to this car. It’s a nuisance because it’s blocking part of the road. License plate #D691PC.
