This address has a private hauler the crew told her this again today and I also talked to her and she said she did not understand that if using a private hauler we weould not pick up her recycle. I told her to take it to the recycle center.

Bags/cans must have sticker attached. Resident called in was elderly confused about if she had trash or Recycle you will see this has been entered before and Shelby went out Sept 23 at 6:22am and nothing was out. He will check again.
