Corner of Park and 8th house on corner has trash, cups, cookies, and rubbish all over the yard. The owner suspects they have dumped trash on his tenants yards.

There was previously 6-8 bags of trash in the back of this property. The City went out to check on the previous complaint and the tenants had put all of the trash in back of their pickup truck. After the inspector left the property the tenants put the trash in the yard again and added three more bags.
