Hello. I'm reporting a pothole in front of my house on Blair Ave leading to Tri North Middle School. I live at 912 N. Blair Ave and its on the right hand side as you drive North on Blair. It's held together for the last few years as I report it somewhat regularly. Yet, it is down at least 4-5 layers through the asphalt and with winter approaching I don't see it lasting much longer without damaging the road further. Thank You.

street has fallen in about 3 inches where watermain and storm sewer repairs have been made. This has happened in the past week. No hint of problem prior.

Southbound College. Right lane directly under the RR bridge. A line of deep potholes on the right side of the lane.
The entire road of fullerton between Rockport road and 37 is full of terrible potholes. Extremely unsafe due to the elevation changes and while avoiding potholes, it is not possible to see oncoming traffic.
Do something with garrison chapel! Basement potholes everywhere!! Road is RIDICULOUS.
Smith Pike between Moores Pike and Sare Rd. Very rough and so many holes.
At the top of the hill where Burks Drive T's into Walnut Street Pike there is a significant pothole in the Northbound lane along the edge of the road.
